1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77df ("77df", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://77df.io and its associated mobile-optimised web interface.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

77df operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be asked to submit copies of a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document, as well as proof of ownership of your registered payment method. 77df reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending successful KYC verification.

2.5 One Account Policy

Each individual player is strictly limited to one active account on the 77df platform. Operating, accessing, or attempting to access more than one account — whether under the same name, device fingerprint, IP address, mobile number, or payment method — is a serious breach of these Terms. 77df will suspend all accounts connected to a multi-account violation and reserves the right to void all associated wagers, balances, and promotional credits.

3 Account Management and Security

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 77df account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

Any betting or gaming activity conducted through your account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally initiated the activity. If you become aware or reasonably suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 77df support immediately at [email protected]. 77df will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.3 Account Information Updates

You are responsible for keeping your registered account information accurate and up to date. If any of your personal details change — including your mobile number, email address, or payment method information — you must update your account profile or notify the 77df support team promptly. 77df will not be held responsible for failed communications, undelivered notifications, or failed payment transactions caused by outdated account information.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. 77df reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to dormant account balances, deducted automatically until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Players will be notified by email prior to the commencement of inactivity fees. To reactivate an inactive account, simply log in and contact the support team if access has been restricted.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

77df currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following BDT payment methods:

All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 77df does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via international credit cards, cryptocurrency wallets, bank wire transfers, or any payment method not listed above.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 77df, though individual payment method providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your 77df account balance within seconds of successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the qualifying deposit, unless an alternative arrangement has been expressly approved in writing by the 77df support team. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Standard processing time is within 30 minutes during normal operational hours (24/7, BST UTC+6), though in exceptional circumstances processing may take up to 24 hours.

4.4 Fees and Charges

77df does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals made through supported BDT payment methods. However, individual payment method providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own standard transaction charges in accordance with their respective fee schedules, which are outside the control of 77df.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

All financial transactions on the 77df platform are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring. 77df will not process withdrawals to a payment method or account that differs from the registered deposit source without conducting enhanced verification. Any transaction that triggers an AML alert will be held pending investigation. 77df cooperates fully with applicable legal and regulatory requirements in relation to suspicious financial activity.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Placing Wagers

All bets and wagers placed on the 77df platform are final once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of every selection, stake, and market before confirming a bet. 77df will not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a bet after it has been accepted and confirmed by the platform.

5.2 Odds and Pricing

Odds on sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, and other international series), are subject to change at any time up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is accepted and confirmed are the odds that apply to that wager, regardless of any subsequent market movements.

5.3 Voided Bets

Bets may be voided at 77df's discretion in the following circumstances:

• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being determined
• The bet was placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a pricing error
• The bet was placed using funds derived from fraudulent or unauthorised payment activity
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms or in connection with a prohibited activity as defined in Section 7

In the event a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance. Winnings associated with a voided bet will not be paid.

5.4 Game Outcomes — Slots and Casino

All slot game outcomes on the 77df platform are determined by independently tested and certified random number generators (RNG). Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical results at real dealer tables operated by regulated studio providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. 77df does not alter, interfere with, or influence game outcomes in any way.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 General Bonus Terms

77df periodically offers bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time expiry periods, and game eligibility rules. 6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a 77df account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Placing bets solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent (bonus abuse) is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77df platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials, or impersonating another individual
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions

• Money Laundering: Using the 77df platform for any purpose connected to the processing of proceeds of crime, terrorist financing, or any other activity prohibited under applicable anti-money laundering legislation
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on events in which you or a person connected to you has a corrupt influence over the outcome
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals in connection with 77df deposits

10 Limitation of Liability

77df's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The 77df platform is provided on an "as available" basis. 77df does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where practicable.

11 Termination and Suspension

11.1 Termination by 77df

77df reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if it determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that the player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users.

11.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, any real-money balance in the account that was legitimately deposited (i.e., not derived from bonus abuse, fraud, or prohibited activity) will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding amounts owed to 77df. Bonus balances, promotional credits, and winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited in full.

11.3 Voluntary Account Closure

12 Amendments to These Terms
